为持续满足客户需求，并超越客户的期望值，自2015年度公司确定发展自动化战略以来，公司车间生产自动化水平不断提高，磨加工车间自动化和装配自动化进行的如火如荼。 2017年5月新设计安装的装配自动化线开始试机。新机器承接原来的自动装配机，在装配完成后，输送至新生产线，进行如下工作： 1.自动退磁、清洗。 2.进入吸干、干燥。 3.检测保持架完整性、灵敏度。 4.测量各项尺寸。 5.称重。 6.注油，称重。 7.压装密封圈。 8.翻转注油并称重。 9.压装密封圈。 10.匀脂。
新自动装配生产线的启用，将提高公司装配效率，提高产品合格率，向着满足客户对高可靠性、高质量轴承的要求更近一步。
