1. Direct Sales Model
   All sales activities of our company are exclusively conducted through officially employed sales staff. Customers may verify the identity of sales personnel and cooperation details through our official channels (website, WeChat Official Account).

2. No Authorization Granted
   To date, our company has not authorized or delegated any third-party entities, organizations, or individuals to act as sales agents. Furthermore, no such authorizations are planned for the foreseeable future.

Legal Warnings Against Infringement

1. Prohibited Activities
   Any unauthorized use of "Youliqui Creation" trademarks (ZLP, ZLBC, Zhuli, Zhuli Bearings), corporate names, product specifications, or promotional materials constitutes illegal and infringing acts.
