近年来，公司销售量稳步增长，同时出口产品占比不断增加，客户对质量的要求不断提高，而生产产量的调整没有跟上质量的提高，导致质量提升缓慢。为了促进产品质量稳步发展，实现“品质让用户感叹”的质量方针目标，结合公司质量提升要求，公司从2019年4月份开始至年底全面开展“质量提升年”活动。
高立军董事长在质量提升年（2019）誓师大会上发言
高立军董事长在会上再次强调公司的发展战略，分析了最近质量问题提升缓慢问题的原因，指出目前公司上下过度重视数量而忽视质量，同时他用浅显易懂的道理告诉我们，质量是企业的生命，质量是命，产量是钱，先有命才有钱，先有质量，才有产量。
最后高立军董事长动员大家统一思想，提高认识，开启全员参与积极投入到“质量提升年”活动中。
会后公司将进入质量提升实施、开展阶段，每月总结活动推进进展和问题点改进，并把问题发现和解决形成总结报告，年底进行总结、评比和表彰。
